Try a different USB port and cable. Confirm the device is powered and the OS has the necessary drivers. Reboot the computer and reconnect.
Firmware update stuck
Do not unplug immediately. Check official documentation for recovery mode. If unsure, contact official support — never enter your recovery phrase on a random site.
Missing transactions / account not visible
Ensure you're viewing the correct account and network. Rescan or add the coin in the interface. Verify addresses match the device screen.
Important: If ever asked to type your recovery seed into a website or chat, stop — that is a scam. Keep the seed offline.
